In order to identify the facilitators factor responsible for the use of lean practices in industries, knowledge of the working atmosphere of the industries, understanding of lean basics are one of the factors that needs to be essentially addressed. Number of factors which facilitates the use of lean practices has been identified in the literature study This paper deals and highlights the conceptual importance of facilitator factors that support any industry for successful implementation of lean manufacturing
